Ever dream of performing with Lucent? Now's your chance! Submit a video of you with your crazy dance moves, clowning skills, and why you're perfect for Lucent. Post it on our Facebook page and video submissions with the most "likes" gets to dance on stage in our finale at the Palace!

You get early entry into the show, get to work one on one with Lucent Dossier Choreographer, Lisa Han, perform in front of all of our friends and family at the Palace, and a special little Lucent gift to help you remember the magic you created on stage that night.

There's only a few days left to get your tickets to this weekend's big show...hosted by and featuring, your's truly, at the legendary Palace Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

The video with most likes get early entry into the Palace, will get to work first hand with Lisa Han, choreographer of Lucent, AND get to join us on stage for the finale (we'll be performing Eye am...the dub step dance from LIB)!!!

NOTE:

• Videos must be submitted by midnight Thursday night.
• The winning contestant must still buy a ticket but will be contacted by Lucent to arrange the early arrival details...

Lucent Dossier Experience at the Palace Theatre
LUCENT DOSSIER EXPERIENCE has announced a special engagement at the historic Downtown Palace Theatre in Los Angeles on two nights this fall, Friday October 21 and Saturday October 22. The night is a benefit for Brent 'Shrine' Spears, father of Lucent, artist extraordinaire who was in a serious car accident last week and remains in ICU recovering.

The world renowned avant-garde electro-dub cirque has been invited to reopen the newly restored venue on its centennial anniversary. The Palace will be the container that holds the magic for the LUCENT DOSSIER EXPERIENCE coming together for Los Angeles' Bringing Back Broadway celebration.

LUCENT DOSSIER EXPERIENCE has prepared an extraordinary 90-minute performance for this landmark occasion, not typical of their previous appearances. "We will stretch the boundaries of what is possible for a rock concert or a circus or a sacred ritual, for the show melts the three elements into one," explains artistic director DREAM ROCKWELL.

About the Scream Awards - This Weekend!
Lucent Dossier will be performing once again at the Scream Awards, premiering October 18th on Spike TV. Scream shoots Saturday night at Universal Studios. Red Carpet is at 5:30pm, show at 7:30pm.

SCREAM Awards 2011 is Spike TV’s sixth annual celebration of the sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic book genres and the actors, creators, icons and pioneers who have influenced and shaped the industry over the past year.

On Wednesday, October 5th at 4:30am, our dear friend, hobo clown, father of Lucent, artist, man of wisdom, our 'ol pal Shrine was admitted to the emergency room after a near fatal accident. He has been in ICU since then battling for his life.

Shrine has touched the hearts and lives of so many people across the world.  From his distinctly original American folk art that is the interior of the House Of Blues, his mad capped performing madness and contribution to Lucent Dossier to his BEAUTIFUL and majestic temples that have risen at festivals all over the world, all constructed from found, recycled and trash materials, this man is a treasure to the planet.

As we prepare for The Palace, October 21st and 22nd, our hearts are heavy and filled with wanting to be near him and devoted to his recovery. Like most artists, he has no insurance and so we have decided to dedicate both our shows to him and give all proceeds to his medical bill fund.

Anyone who knows Shrine knows he loves shenanigans, loves to get wild and lives to explore all human heart opening experiences. So in his honor that's exactly what we're gonna do!

We will open the doors at 7:30pm and have raffles, foot massages, games and original Shrine art work for auction. And more then all that, we'll come together and celebrate the man we love.
